Reporting Copyright Infringement
Neighboard respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
If you believe that content on Neighboard infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent with the following information:
Required Information
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on our site
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringer Policy
Neighboard will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to decide whether content violates our policies or the DMCA.
User Responsibilities
When you upload photos, write reviews, or post content to Neighboard, you represent that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it
- Your content does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property rights
- You grant Neighboard a license to display and distribute your content on our platform
False Claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, consult an attorney before filing a DMCA notice.
