Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification

Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal

Your name, address, telephone number, and email
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringer Policy

Neighboard will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to decide whether content violates our policies or the DMCA.

User Responsibilities

When you upload photos, write reviews, or post content to Neighboard, you represent that:

False Claims
